A founding member of the executive team and head of our Dubai studio, Alina brings a wealth of international experience and award-winning cachet to studio3eight. Time spent living and working in the UK, Spain, China, India, Vietnam and the Middle East has given Alina an impressively broad frame of reference with which to perform as Design Director. An extremely talented architect with outstanding people skills, Alina will mentor and lead all members of our project teams to ensure studio3eight offers highly regarded design outcomes across our eight disciplines.

With a passion for new and iconic architectural forms, and a philosophical design approach that integrates musical forms, landscape design, urban planning and sustainability, Alina’s goal is always to bring something unique and exciting to the built environment. A skilled architectural practitioner with an engaging personality, stakeholders are drawn to working with Alina on all aspects of the business, including marketing and finance.
