Bringing together the best brains in the industry, studio3eight draws on a wealth of combined experience and exemplary outcomes stretching over three continents, to deliver projects that are both creative and pragmatic in equal measure. Embracing a collaborative and holistic approach to everything we do, studio3eight endeavours to ‘create something good’ with all of the stakeholders in our sphere of influence. We believe that project outcomes should be good for the client, good for the staff, good for the community, good for the environment, good for business, good for the industry, good to experience, good to look at, and good for furthering our knowledge.
Anchored by base design principles, studio3eight engages in continuous research and critical reflection, to inform future innovations and the ongoing development of our thought leadership practice. Geographically and culturally diverse, our team at studio3eight has a broad and enquiring perspective, that drives our creativity and reinforces our spirit of openness.
A broadly integrated practice, studio3eight challenges the typical discipline-based approach to design (architecture, interior design, landscape, urban design etc.), instead concentrating on making each aspect of the design process a truly collaborative effort, leveraging all the skillsets of our highly experienced practitioners.
Studio3eight is an international practice working at the very highest standards that come with such a role. Born in Vietnam and with partner practices in Dubai, Los Angeles and Perth, we are proud to showcase the emergence of a fresh global voice in architecture, whilst always working within the local context of the site we are assigned. As a new world practice, we deeply respect and engage with tradition but are not shackled by it.
Ours is a forward looking, optimistic mindset that acknowledges the challenges of the modern world and actively seeks to positively contribute to long term, sustainable and exciting outcomes.

What’s in a name? A nod to the ‘Fibonacci Sequence’, the evolution of our name started as a way to describe the pattern of exponential growth that we aspire to, both as a studio and as designers. Recognising that three ‘8’s are very lucky in Asian cultures, and that the three characters could all be drawn from the figure ‘8’ (also an infinity loop), our logo almost took care of itself. What could be luckier than that?
