With over 30 years business management experience, Gemma joins the non-executive board with a broad understanding of design firms, having first been appointed a director for an architectural firm in 2002. In addition, Gemma successfully developed and executed consecutive leadership programs for a multinational company in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, set up accounting and management software for supply chain and retail operators, and completed her psychology degree, which she expertly applies in all aspects of people management.
Both an accomplished designer and behavioural analyst extraordinaire, Gemma will drive a culture of growth through continuous personal and professional development of the studio3eight team. Moreover, Gemma’s passion for applying behavioural strategies in the design and activation of sustainable environments and community spaces will enhance studio3eight’s built environments, place making and thought leadership capabilities in our rapidly changing world.
